Description
Some antispam plugins (namely: IP Filter and Bad Words Filter) have a checkbox "global" (respectively "global IP" and "global word" for their configuration). I think it should use clearer words like "global in all blogs".
In the same place, the global words and IP addresses already configured have a green background when they're global, and a transparent background otherwise. This is obviously not clear, and not accessible. We could have two different lists for example.
