Have a "publish" button near the state select box

When we want to write a new post, we first write the text, etc, and the state is (french) "en attente".

Then, we're ready, we want to publish it. With the current UI, you have to :

• change the state to "published" (which is 2 clicks)
• save

I'd suggest to have a "publish" button near the state select box that would do these steps automatically.
