Don't cut URLs in posts

Description

Hello,

I applied the following path to my dotclear in order to avoid the URLs to be cut to 35 characters.

Please don't cut URLs by default, or add an option in the blog preferences, or create a plugin for that ??

Did you try to use the URL as the link name ? 

[URL|URL]

will display the same thing than 

[URL]
}}}but the URL won't be cut.

I found the good workaround :

[URL|]

It works fine.

Bad tip....

With that the link content is good but the link itself is empty.

2 solutions :

the [URL] syntax + my patch or [URL|URL] syntax (which is not very sexy)

I think this parameter should be configurable, or no limit at all.
