Description
Reviewing a screen full of comments is difficult because they have to be expanded one by one. The Selected comments action: popup should include expand and collapse items, or an equivalent mechanism for expanding the whole page.

Si on fait ça pour les commentaires, aucune raison de ne pas le faire pour les billets. A trancher maintenant par Ergaut, donc.

Note that the dmPending ( http://plugins.dotaddict.org/dc2/details/dmPending) is available to display pending posts and comments.

(In [c5f475b1f0f8]) Add mass expand on posts and comments lists, should fixes #701. This function may cause a big stress on server side, depending on number of entries currently displayed.

Also, the Dashboard should note if any comments are still *pending* (and in need of review). I have 6 blogs, and don't check them all frequently, or go into comments to see if there are new ones.
