WP imported posts are excerpted to nothing

I imported 232 posts from WP to  http://ep.extrapepperoni.com/. Unfortunately, on the home page, only metadata appears -- no actual post bodies.

 http://dotclear.org/documentation/2.0/faq says "You have to put content in the Content box, but the Excerpt section is optional. If you type your complete entry in the Content box, it will be displayed in full on your blog's home page."

But I don't use excerpts in WP. I confirmed that, for example  http://ep.extrapepperoni.com/post/2008/12/18/googles-404-service-apache-httpd-recipe/ doesn't have an excerpt (it's blank -- not even a space in the field).  http://ep.extrapepperoni.com/post/2008/12/11/hbsh-handbrake-wrapper-updated-for-v093/ has no excerpt either.

So why aren't the posts displayed on the home page? Am I doing something wrong, or is WP import preventing posts from displaying?

This issue was a problem with the Markdown plugin, which Olivier fixed.

There is a distinct current issue with posts needing to be manually re-saved after WP import (Markdown and non-Markdown).
