users.php should show the search field by default -- not only after clicking the 'Filter' link (which should probably be renamed 'Search', if it's kept at all).

Searching for users should implicitly add wildcards at beginning & end. So a search for 'one' finds 'jones' as well as 'bone'.

The "filter" link is a global paradigm in Dotclear's backend. Global usability won't be geopardized for the sake of on page's usability.
