Update à côté de rebuild dans le media manager

Description

Histoire ne de pas reconstruire tout mais seulement de découvrir les fichiers qui auraient été uploadés par ftp. (et pour moi de faire un rebuild par petits bouts, j'ai trop de fichiers, ça plante.)

  • If a file is in database and not in file system : remove it
  • If a file is in filesystem and not in database : create it
