Activation problem of dcLegacyEditor on multi blogs without super admin access

Hello

Situation: multiple blogs on single installation, main user is an admin (NOT super-admin), always working in wiki edition.

After an upgrade from 2.6.4 to 2.7, when going to the Preferences -> Options -> Editor screen, there's no way to select the dcLegacyEditor for the wiki syntax. This is due to the fact that, during the upgrade, the dcLegacyEditor was activated only for the blog used by the super-admin who did the upgrade.

When logging in with an admin user, there are entries in the left hand menu for both dcLegacyEditor and dcCKEditor (in the Plugins section), but clicking on the links open up an empty page, and there's no way to activate or modify the config for either of those...
