Berlin truncates text without adding "[...]"

Description
When an article is long, it is truncated when displayed on the main page.
When using Ductile theme, it is visible because the text "[...]" is added at the end of the truncated paragraph.
When using Berlin theme, there is no "[...]" present which looks like a bug.

Nécessite, pour une solution élégante, d'introduire une balise du style <tpl:EntryIfContentIsCut> (comme celle spécifique au thème Ductile).
On généralisera ça pour la 2.8
