RFE: clone comment

Here a small feature request ;)

In some case it could happens to have various comments with "nearly" the same content. Ex:  http://blog.famillecollet.com/post/2014/05/08/phpMyAdmin-version-4.2-en

So, in admin, having a "clone" button which copy the content on 1 comment in the text input area for a new comment will be really nice.

For now, I have to

• edit the existing comment
• copy
• go back to the post
• accept que "quit this page" question
• paste

A plugin may be developped to provide this feature, it's to specific to be included in core.
