French "Erreur :" in English admin page

Description

In the current commit (rev2513, changeset 53ff544e6251), the "Error" message is displayed in French even in English version.

To reproduce:

  • on a fresh install, remove the "public" directory
  • go to the admin page
  • The following message is displayed:

"Erreur :

There is no writable directory /public/ at the location set in about:config "public_path". You must create this directory with sufficient rights (or change this setting)."
