Be able to add the IP from a filtered comment into the IP Filter list

Description
When showing the spam comments, the source IP address is displayed. It should be possible to directly add ths IP in the IP filter list.
To do this, I suspect we should implement a hook in this page, so that the IP FIlter list extension could hook into this.

Je fais des copier / coller des IP à la main, cela me demande beaucoup de temps pour blacklister tous les spammeurs manuellement.
L'idéal serait un bouton "Blacklist all the IP adress" pour permettre d'un seul clique d'interdire de nouveaux spams après une revue des commentaires nuisibles.
