Description
When clicking on the link to the global help ( http://myblog/admin/help.php) on the dashboard (if the entry is still here) or at the bottom of contextual help, a non-administrator user is logged out and redirected to the login page.

It should depend on permission granted for the user… Need to be investigate a little bit more!

The user has "manage all posts & comments" and "manage all medias" permissions.
Tested on 2.12.1 and 2.13-dev.

Weird, I can't reproduce that on the 2.13-dev branch (I tried the two way, dashboard favorite and contextual help).
