Remind post format on rich-text labels

Knowing which format is used for a post being written is sometimes not obvious :

• in admin/post.php, the "text formating" section can be folded, therefore hiding the post format
• in quick entry, it is not possible to guess the post format

Having a reminder on the label for each "rich text" textarea would be helpful. For instance, use "Excerpt (format : wiki)" instead of "Excerpt".
