Apparemment aucune nouvelle catégorie n'est créée -malgré le formulaire, lors de la création (enregistrement ou enregistrement + publication) d'un billet rapide
test sur version: 2.5.3-dev-r1479
Catégorie et Billet rapide.
Affecter une catégorie préexistante = ok
Créer une catégorie: marche pas -> pas de catégorie créée donc aucune catégorie affectée au billet rapide
